While some people prefer to start their day early in the morning with a jog or an exercise routine. Some research suggest that working out at night actually has different effects.

One of the great things about night exercise is your body continues to burn fat after your workout session or even burn a few calories while you sleep!

Some might say that they are too tired to workout at night but part of what makes it effective is the fact that you do it as a form of stress relief.

Although there are disadvantages its not really ideal to jog at night and few places are safer to be around during the day.
