Workout are difficult but totally necessary in todays world where we just sit around all day on our computers. Even if you’re not going to commit to doing a full body workout, take atleast 10 minutes and work outs or even just going for 10 reps per exercise is enough to keep your body active.

So go for 10 on everything all it takes is 10 mins a day! do push-ups , sit-ups, squats and planks!
