They say that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” but many tend to forget this and neglect to see the importance of having a healthy breakfast.
As you sleep your body is in fact recovering and replenishing your energy for the day ahead but after you wake up your body needs “re-fueling” and eating a healthy breakfast is just what it needs to kickstart the day and keep you energized throughout the rest of the day.
You see the reason most people have the tendency to eat in too much is due to wrong eating habits, eating a balanced breakfast will allow your body to fully digest the contents of your meal as you progress through the day, which would make you less likely to eat and eat in between meals. For some people (like me) they can even skip lunch and replace it with an afternoon snack. All thanks to a good old fashion healthy breakfast!
