Here’s a curious recipe for weigh loss:
Ingredients are 1 medium sized orange, peeled and cut in slices, ¼ cup of fat free yogurt, ¼ tablespoon of vanilla extract, 2tbs of chilled orange juice.
Blend all the ingredients together and add ice to freeze the mix and keep things cool.
Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and the ice has melted.
Apart form being a weigh management health drink this also give you a bit of a protein, fiber and sodium boost not to mention the added vitamin C!
