I can eat Som Tam for the rest of my life! I mean, it’s sooooo good. I’ll list down the ingredients and how to make it. There are lots of videos on how to make one, but this particular clip is the closest to what I had in BKK.

Shredded Carrot
Fish Sauce
Long Green Bean
Green Papaya
Roasted Peanuts (yum!)
Dried Shrimp
Palm Sugar

How to:
Chop Papaya (refer to video), set aside
Pound Chili and Garlic
Add long bean green (1inch long)
Slice and add tomatoes
Add palm sugar, fish sauce, lime
Mix until palm sugar is melted
Then add papaya, carrots
Pound until all ingredients are evenly mixed
Then add dried shrimp, and roasted peanuts
Mix and serve.

Optional: Add Cabbage
