This is my ultimate body detox smoothie!

Here are the ingredients:

1.) 1 green apple
2.) 1 bundle of fresh spinach
3.) 1 pear
4.) 2 handfuls of fresh kale

Dice the spinach and kale up in small portions to make it easier to the blender to mix them together. Cut the pear and green apple into thin slices and dice them up being careful not to squeeze out the juices.

Blend the fruits together then add the veggies no need to add sugar. Serve cold and enjoy!
