Here’s a quick recipe for an anti-aging smoothie that you might really enjoy;

Prepare the following:

1 cup of diced cantaloupe, 1 cup of diced honeydew melon, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 cup of diced watermelon, 1-2 tablespoon(s) of Agave syrup, 8-10 fresh mint leaves. (add Ice cubes as preferred)

Simply blend all of these ingredients together until you have a smooth blend.
