Firstly juice the following ingredients together:
• 1 Handful of cilantro leaves
• 2 stalks of fresh celery
• 1 whole cucumber (sliced)
• 3 kale leaves
• 1 small peeled garlic clove

Then when you have a good consistency of juice, add 1 cup watermelon cubes into the mix and blend to taste.

This helps marvelously with weight control, you can add honey as an alternative to sugar if you wish.
